St. Padre Pio Borehole
Problem:
The borehole is not deep enough. It was previously dug by hand. Need and engineering support and study. In addition, the community comes onto the school campus to get their water.
Solution:
Get a survey team in to do the engineering study. Dig a deeper bore hole with machinery. Have a line for water running outside of the campus gate so the community can get water without coming onto the campus.
St. Padre Pio Plastering the Main Hall
Problem:
Mission Madera funded a multi purpose room for students to gather. The walls have not yet been plastered and finished. In addition, windows and doors to be installed.
Solution:
Have a company come in and plaster/finish the walls

Building Process
St. Francis Secondary school for the Blind Infirmary
Problem: The infirmary is maybe a 12x12 foot room with 2 bunk beds and a desk. It’s not a real infirmary. They can’t use the top bunks because it’s unsafe for sick kids to sleep up there. There is also only a shelf covered by a cloth for a medicine cabinet
Solution: We are building a proper infirmary
St. Francis S. Water Tank Install and Distribution Network
Problem: There is not a tall water tank on campus to give proper pressure to distribute the water around the campus for irrigation and bathrooms. There distribution system also doesn’t exist.
Solution: Build a water tank structure. Run the pipes for the distribution system
St. Anne’s Water Tank
Problem: Similar situation to St. F S. where there is not enough pressure to pump water to the entirely of the campus. There is a distribution system that is not able to be used because of the low water pressure. Sinks are unusable. Sinks MM helped fund, completely usable because of low water pressure.
Solution: Build water tower high enough to pump water to the whole campus.
St. Anne’s Generator and Housing
Problem: St. Anne’s power is very unreliable and after dark there is no light for anyone including the children who live on campus. This is unsafe and does not allow the children to do homework when the sun sets. There is a generator but it currently is not powerful enough and is too old to power the campus when the power goes out.
Solution: Purchase a generator and build housing around it. Run power lines around the campus to reach all the classrooms, dorms, and convent for the sisters
Mama Kevina Rural Development Farm Plowing and Harrowing 1
Problem: The tractor the sisters own is totally broken down and not repairable. Solution: MM has committed to funding half of the payment of a new tractor with the stipulation that the sisters come up with the remaining funds. Since they are not able to get the funds together this year, MM has opted to fund the plowing and harrowing of the fields for this harvest season so the crops can still get sold
